  In a significant effort to enhance resilience against the challenges posed by migration, the environment, and climate change, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) collaborated with the National Disaster Management Agency (NDMA) and the Migration Management Task Force (MMTF)—a multi-sectoral platform overseen by the Ministry of Home Affairs—organized a two-day project inception meeting. This meeting was focused on launching a project designed to strengthen Eswatini’s capacity to tackle the nexus of migration, environment, and climate change (MECC) The MMTF includes representatives from various key government ministries, civil society organizations, private sector actors, and UN agencies, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the challenges at hand.
