INGATJA GATHER AT LUDZIDZINI FOR LITTLE INCWALA CEREMONY WITH HER MAJESTY THE INDLOVUKAZI


 

Hundreds of Ingatja gathered at the Ludzidzini Royal Residence this afternoon to join Her Majesty the Indlovukazi on the tenth day of the little Incwala ceremony.  The Ingatja is eagerly anticipate the commission from His Majesty King Mswati III to cut the sacred shrub, lusekwane. The date for this important task is yet to be revealed, as the little Incwala ceremony approaches its conclusion.

Simultaneously, the Incwala ceremony, under the leadership of His Majesty the King, transitioned from the Mpumalanga Royal Residence to Buhleni Royal Residence. Here, hundreds of regiments engaged in harmonious song and dance routines. The presence of His Majesty King Mswati III is eagerly anticipated tomorrow as he joins the regiments for the jubilant celebrations.

With this phase of the Incwala marking a pivotal point leading up to the main ceremony, Ingatja across the nation eagerly await the call from His Majesty to convene at the Ngabezweni Royal Residence, heralding the commencement of the main Incwala ceremony.
